摘要：随着全球信息化技术的不断发展，电子商务开始与传统供应链技术融合，开辟了电商物流的新时代。中国的电子商务物流模式比起像美国这样的发达国家有许多的缺陷，主要表现在信息化水平较低和物流领域的人才与科技发展落后。本文以美国这个电子商务的起源国家作为讨论背景，以典型的电子商务成功范例企业沃尔玛作为讨论对象，浅谈对于中国企业的影响，此话题被赋予了高度的代表性和相关性。剖析沃尔玛企业电子商务物流经营模式的优势，研究分析了中国企业的电子商务信息化现状以及国内外的发达物流体系比较，并预测了我国今后的发展前景。 56815
