B2C电子商务网站商业模式研究

摘要: 商业模式是企业生存和发展的核心，随着互联网的兴起，电子商务网站的蓬勃发展，新的商业模式在互联网的影响下，出现了新的形态。互联网状态下，企业商业模式的发展变化，引起了管理学界的高度重视。本文先从传统商业模式出发，阐述了传统商业模式的概念和分类，继而引出了电子商务和电子商务模式的概念和特点，重点分析了B2C电子商务企业的盈利模式的类型，最后，分析了我国 B2C电子商务行业和企业的发展状况，着重分析了天猫和京东两个比较典型的B2C电子商务企业的的商业模式，最后做出了总结和讨论。本文的目的是，在分析研究的基础上，希望能给出一些合理建议，以促进我国电子商务网站的发展，同时也为想加入互联网电子商务的创业者提供一些有益的参考和理论支持。58139

Abstract：Business model is the core of enterprise survival and development, along with the rise of the Internet, e-commerce of booming development, new business models under the influence of the Internet, a new form.The Internet condition, the development of the enterprise business model changes, has drawn great attention of the management.This article first embarks from the traditional business model, this paper expounds the concept and classification of the traditional business model, which in turn leads to the concept of e-commerce and e-business model and characteristics, analyses the types of B2C e-commerce enterprise's profit model, finally, analyzes the development of B2C e-commerce industry and enterprise, analyzed two typical Tmall and jingdong B2C e-commerce enterprise business model, finally made a summary and discussion.The purpose of this article is, on the basis of the analysis and research, hoping to give some reasonable advice, so as to promote the development of e-commerce in China, at the same time also to want to join the Internet electronic commerce entrepreneurs to provide some beneficial reference and theoretical support.
