本文主要研究经济危机环境下石化产业绩效的动态变化，介绍我国石化产业发展的现状，根据石化企业的相关年鉴数据，运用多元回归分析法分析企业的产权结构，市场份额和经济规模对企业净资产利润率的影响力度；运用 DEA分析法，分别研究金融危机时代和后金融危机时代不同类型石油企业的投入产出效率值，通过对比论证比较不同类型企业在不同环境下应对危机的有效性和灵活性。 并根据实证分析所得结论针对不同企业类型提出相关对策措施。8345

Abstract
This paper mainly studies the performance of petrochemical industry
dynamic change in the environment of the economic crisis,and introduces
the present situation of the development of our country's petrochemical
industry.According to the relevant data of petrochemical enterprise,we
use the multiple linear regression analysis to study the influence of
enterprise property rights,market share and economic size to the
performance ,and use DEA to analysis the input and output efficiency value
of different types of petrochemical enterprises.Through comparing the
effectiveness and flexibility of enterprises of different type in the
environment of crises .And according to the conclusion of empirical
analysis,we put forward relevant measures for different types.

1.1． 研究背景和意义
1.1.1 研究背景
我国是石化产品生产和消费大国，进入 21 世纪以来，我国经济持续快速增
长，石化产业也保持了较快的增长速度。但是我国又是世界上石油资源较为贫乏
的国家，截至2000年底，我国探明的石油剩余储量约为33亿吨，仅占世界石油
剩余探明总储量的2.3%，我国原油生产能力约为1.70亿吨左右，约占世界总原
油生产能力的 5%，我国原油生产远远不能满足国内需求，每年需进口原油 4000
——7000万吨。
我国于 2001 年加入世界贸易组织后，全球经济的发展带动了石化产业的发
展，目前石化产品已经成为了我国出口量较大的品种，但面对外来的竞争，由于
我国石油产业国际竞争力薄弱，因而将遭受一定冲击和影响，包括行业效益减少，
