我国国有商业银行跨国并购研究

摘要伴随着经济和金融全球化浪潮的推进，我国国有商业银行面临着国际银行业竞争的严峻挑战。从国际银行业的发展历程来看，跨国并购是实现跨国经营的有效途径。本文就我国商业银行跨国并购问题进行了研究。论文首先对有关银行业跨国并购问题的先行研究进行了归纳、综述。接着，对银行跨国并购的相关范畴和全球银行业跨国并购的特点进行了介绍。然后对我国国有商业银行跨国并购的沿革进行了回顾，对存在的问题进行了探究。最后，以中国工商银行的跨国并购为案例，对中国工商银行成功并购南非标准银行的动因和意义进行了分析。65864

Title Cross-border M & A Research of China's state-owned

banks

Abstract

Along with the economic and financial globalization, China's state-owned commercial banks are faced with severe challenges in international competition in the banking industry. From the development of international banking industry, transnational merger and acquisition is an efficient way to realize the transnational operation. In this paper, cross-border mergers and acquisitions of commercial banks has been studied. Firstly, the first study of transnational merger and acquisition of the banking industry are summarized, summary. Then, characteristics of the relevant categories of bank M & A and global banking cross-border M & A is introduced in this paper. Then the evolution of transnational merger and acquisition of state-owned commercial banks in China are reviewed, the existing problems are explored. Finally, the industrial and Commercial Bank of China's cross-border M & A as a case, the motivation and significance of industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the success of M & A of Standard bank of South Africa are analyzed.
