摘 要：随着我国城市改造规模的扩大和速度的加快，涉及的被拆迁居民越来越多，由城市房屋拆迁引起的纠纷（如上访、司法诉讼等），已经成为近年来影响社会稳定与和谐的重要因素。本文从张家港拆迁活动进行调研，通过对经历过城市房屋拆迁改造居民的抽样调查，从多角度分析他们在房屋拆迁前后生活方面的变化情况，以及对拆迁改造政策的评价；从有利于城市房屋拆迁改造和构建和谐社会促进经济发展的视角，提出了相关对策建议。66877

Abstract：With the expansion of the scale of our country city transformation and speed, the residents more and more, caused by the city housing demolition disputes (such as petition, litigation, etc.) has become in recent years to affect social stability and harmony of the important factors. In this paper, investigation and study of Zhangjiagang demolition activities, through the experience sampling reconstruction of city residents housing units, from the multi angle analysis of changes in their life before and after the demolition of houses, and the evaluation of the policy transformation of the demolition of the city; is conducive to the transformation of the housing demolition and building a harmonious society and promoting the economic development perspective, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.

1引 言
