本文可分为4章，主要从并购、商业银行并购等相关概念的阐述到并购问题的研究进展，我国跨国银行跨国并购现状，原因，特点进行了分析介绍，然后对中国银行业并购提出了战略构想和进行了策略分析。
本文在研究中也存在很多局限性和不足，有必要再对本文的内容加以补充和再研究。
