我国银行跨国并购问题与对策研究

摘要从全球范围来看，银行国际化自20 世纪50 年代，在经济金融全球化、金融创新和技术进步的推动下，不断地向全球拓展。20 世纪80 年代开始的金融自由化浪潮席卷全球，越来越多的银行投入国际化的进程中。不仅发达国家，发展中国家也在调整发展战略，实行对外开放，启动本国银行国际化的进程。跨国并购是当前国际银行业快速成长的主流趋势, 也是中国银行业未来发展的方向。本毕业论文首先介绍了银行跨国并购的基本理论与并购模式，回顾了国际银行业并购浪潮，同时结合我国银行跨国并购发展概况，总结出我国银行进行跨国并购的动因。最后本文结合汇丰控股成功并购的经验和策略为我国银行提出了日后进行跨国并购的策略建议，希望对我国银行未来的跨国并购献出微薄之力。9192

Title Research of Chinese Bank cross-border M&A Problems and Countermeasures
Abstract
From a global perspective, the internationalization of bank since the 1950s, the economic and financial globalization under the promotion of financial innovation and technological progress keeping outreaching to the global continuously. The financial liberalization begin in the 1980s is sweeping the global, more and more banks invest themselves in the process of internationalization. Not only the developed countries, developing countries are also adjusting their development strategies to opening up, starting the process of internationalization of the domestic banks. Cross-border mergers and acquisitions is a main trend of the fast-growing international banking, and also is Chinese banking future development direction. This paper first introduces the basic theory and M & A model of cross-border bank mergers and acquisitions, and reviews the International Banking M & A wave, combined with the overview of the development of cross-border mergers and acquisitions of banks in China at the same time , summing up the motives of Chinese banks to carrying out the cross-border M & A. Finally，this paper comes up with some strategies for future cross-border M&A to Chinese banks ,combined with the experience and strategies of HSBC holdings, giving my meager strength to the future cross-border M&A of Chinese banking.
