摘要：众多周知，一国风险投资的发展严重影响该国经济的发展，一国风险投资事业如果发展的好可以强有力促进该国高科技行业的发展。我国的风险投资虽然开始的晚，但是发展步伐快。虽然近些年来发展态势迅猛，但与西方发达国家相比，仍存在不小的差距，需要继续努力。同时，近两年我国的风险投资的发展脚步与之前相比，甚为缓慢。本文的研究就是基于以上现状，分别对我国风险投资现状，存在的问题及相应对策进行详细研究分析。70326
