摘 要近年来人民币处于一种在震荡中升值的状态，人民币汇率浮动弹性也呈现不断扩大趋势。人民币升值在国际贸易中的影响正在逐渐显现，我国劳动力资源非常丰富，我国的经济类型是出口导向型经济，出口产业我国经济的发展具有重要意义。而纺织产业的出口贸易是我国对外贸易中不可缺少的一部分，所以，分析我国的人民币汇率的变动对我国纺织行业出口的影响是非常值得我们去探索研究，同样也具有重要的现实意义。10753
本论文通过描绘我国人民币升值原因和纺织行业出口现状，重点分地区分析人民币升值对纺织行业出口的有利影响与不利影响，在分析我国人民币升值与我国纺织产品出口贸易总体态势的基础上，通过纺织行业自身存在的问题和研究人民币升值与我国纺织行业出口贸易的关系，相关纺织出口企业与部门应采取有效的政策措施，以期规避给我国纺织产品出口贸易优势所带来的种种不利，从而推进调整我国纺织行业的产业结构，优化纺织产品出口结构，文持我国纺织产品出口贸易优势，从而使出口为我国的经济发展贡献一份力量，使我国的纺织行业能在人民币增值的大背景下继续良好地稳定地发展，继续保持我国纺织行业出口在世界的领先水平，促进社会经济的可持续发展。

Abstract
In recent years, changes in the background of RMB continuous appreciation of its currency float elasticity showed a gradual trend of expansion. Appreciation of the RMB in international trade is emerging, China's economy is export-oriented type of economy, the export industry for China's economic importance. While textile exports for the actor an important role in international trade, so the analysis of the impact of RMB exchange rate on China's textile export trade is well worth exploring, also it has important practical significance.
This paper focuses on the status quo of the RMB exchange rate, causes, and impact on the textile industry export, in the analysis of the RMB appreciation and the foundation of our textile export trade overall situation on the specific impact through the study of RMB appreciation on China's textile industry exports generated by adopt relevant policies and measures in order to avoid appreciation of the RMB to the textile export advantages brought about by unfavorable and thus promote the adjustment and optimization of China's textile industry in the industrial structure, strengthening export competitiveness and international competitiveness of China's textile products in order to stabilize exports to economic development contribution brings, make the textile industry to continue to develop well in the RMB appreciation in the background, continue to maintain the leading level, and promote the healthy development of our national economy and promote sustainable social and economic development.
