摘要： 研究生教育管理的信息化手段一般覆盖了研究生的招生、录取、培养和学位等几个方面，但在研究生录取到研究生报名之间，缺乏一定的辅助管理手段，而在这个阶段，研究生管理部门却有大量的信息处理和资料归档工作需要借助信息系统来实现。
研究生入学辅助管理系统主要包括的功能有考生录取信息管理、考生调档资料管理、考生报名信息管理、考生录取通知信息管理和相关的数据接口的对接功能等。
本文结合我校研究生录取工作的实际情况，深入分析了研究生入学辅助管理系统的实际功能需求，进行了系统设计和数据库设计，系统架构为B/S架构，服务器使用了IIS，系统开发语言采用了C#语言、Asp.net、javascript、html等，编译环境是visual studio 2012，数据库使用了SQL server2012。
本毕业论文针对系统开发与实现后的详细功能，进行了软件系统的白盒测试，同时在我校研究生管理部门进行了黑盒测试和系统的试运行，试运行结果显示，系统能够正常实现所有功能，但在具体性能方面还需要进一步加以提高和系统改进。20103
通过系统的设计与实现，本文所提供的研究生入学辅助管理系统能在一定程度上改进研究生管理部门的工作，提高其工作效率，为我校研究生入学和报名提供一定的技术保障。

Abstract: Graduate student education management informatization means generally cover the graduate recruitment, admissions, training and degree, but between the graduate admissions and enrolment, lack of certain auxiliary management means, and at this stage, the graduate management department has a large number of information processing and data archiving work need to use information system to realize.
Graduate assistant management system mainly includes the function of the examinee admission information management, examinee shifting gear data management, examinee registration information management, examinee admission information management and related data interface of the joint function.
Combining with the actual situation of our school graduate student enrollment work, in-depth analysis of the actual functional requirements of the postgraduate entrance auxiliary management system, has carried on the system design and database design, system architecture of B/S structure, using the IIS server, system development language used c # language, Asp.net, javascript, HTML, etc., compile environment is a visual studio 2012, using a SQL database server2012.
This article in view of the system development and implementation of functions in detail, the white box testing software system, at the same time for the management department in our university graduate black box testing and commissioning of the system, and trial operation results show that the system can realize all function normal, but in terms of specific performance also needs to further improve and system improvement.
Through the design and implementation of the system, this paper provides the graduate assistant management system can improve graduate student management work to a certain extent, improve the work efficiency, to register for our school graduate student enrollment and provide certain technical support.
