本系统主要MyEclipse作为前台开发工具，使用Navicat for MySQL 作为后台数据库技术来实现在线招聘系统。在线招聘系统根据人们生活改善要求，利用不同的功能模块实现不同的功能需求。管理员可以管理求职者和招聘企业的相关信息，以及发布相关公告新闻。求职者可以注册登录，填写与发布简历，查看相关职位信息。招聘企业也可以发布职位信息等。

The design and implementation of online recruitment system
Abstract：With the development of society, the rapid progress of computer technology, people's life style is changing. make people pay more attention to the work of information needs. The first time how to get their satisfaction with the work of contemporary college students, is the trouble. However, the popularity of the Internet, more and more people online to find a job, more and more enterprises online recruitment. This saves a lot of manpower and material resources. Online recruitment system and a complete function will emerge as the times require.
My system mainly MyEclipse as the prospects of development tools, using Navicat for MySQL as database technology to achieve the online recruitment system . According to the improvement of people's life, online recruitment system can achieve different functional requirements by different function modules. The administrator can manage the job recruitment and supervise related information of the enterprise, as well as relevant announcement news. Job seekers can login, they also can fill out and resume publishing, and view the relevant job information. Recruitment companies can publish job information.
