摘要： 本文在快捷酒店激烈竞争的大背景下，通过分析国内外快捷酒店研究现状，针对中小型快捷酒店的存在的一些操作繁琐以及管理不科学等问题规划出一个适用于中小型快捷酒店的管理系统。论文经过了实证调研了解市场需求并根据系统分析为规划的酒店管理系统的实现提供了必要的理论支撑。从而为酒店管理带来作业流程的标准化、服务水平的量化、快捷有效的沟通手段、经验知识的共享、公关信息的传播、客户关系管理、经营成本分析和预警、数据挖掘等。通过IT技术渗透到酒店营运的各个环节，可以为酒店带来收入增长，提高全员生产力、积累数据库资产，从而最终打败行业的竞争对手。21032

Abstract：Based on the background of the fierce competition of Fast hotel, through the analysis of domestic and foreign research status of Fast hotel, management system for small and medium-sized Fast hotel some complex operation and management is not science, planning out a suitable for small and medium-sized Fast hotel. The paper through empirical research to understand the market demand and according to the system analysis for the hotel management system planning provides the necessary theoretical support.
