摘要： 随着房地产业以及计算机科学与技术的不断发展，房产租赁系统的信息化管理变得越来越重要了。房产出租中介管理系统实现了房产管理的基本需要，并在此基础上添加了些许的功能。本系统主要实现的是针对于三类权限的用户，它们包括：部门经理、客户、业务员。不同的用户运用各自的权限可以登录到与之相对应的模块进行一系列的操作。房产出租中介管理系统是一种旨在改善房产租赁企业的管理模式。是企业提高竞争力，达到竞争致胜快速成长的目的，树立以客户为中心的管理思想，并在此基础上开展的包括房产信息、客户信息、租赁管理、合同管理、综合查询、系统设置等实施的全部租赁管理过程。本系统运用微软的Visual Basic和SQL SERVER后台数据库进行各个功能块的设计与实现。24254
