摘要伴随着网络的出现、发展、推广和展现模式的多样化，特别是自2008年后3G网络在中国的推行，4G和wifi无线网络的普及度的提高和应用率也随之呈现指数型快速增长模式，各种多样的移动终端也随之而产生并大肆推广应用，包括各种通讯设备，诸如：智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本等多种设备。27797
因为计算机和网络行业的快速发展，网络带宽的不断提高，人们对于网络的作用面也有所增加，流媒体在这样的时代背景下诞生了，它的产生给人们的生活方式带来的巨大的改变，通过流媒体技术，并依靠其独自所提供的通信协议，人们可以在网上观看热门视频的直播，可以网络视频，开展视频会议，方便了人们的沟通方式，增进了人们的感情。本课题意在研究在VLC软件基础上搭建流媒体播放器平台。

Development of streaming media player based on VLC
ABSTRACT：With the advent of the Internet, development, promotion, and in order to showing the pattern of persification, in particular the implementation of 3G networks in China since 2008, the increase rate of popularity and application of 4G and wifi wireless network also will exhibit exponential fast growth mode, a variety of perse mobile terminals also will produce and vigorously promote the application, including communications equipment, such as: smart phones, tablet PCs, notebooks and other equipment.
Because of the rapid development of computer and networking industry, network bandwidth continues to improve, people for action on network also increased, streaming in this background was born, it produced a huge change to people's way of life brings by streaming media technology, and rely on its own communication protocol provided, people can watch the popular video webcast can be online video, conduct video conferencing, to facilitate the way people communicate, promote people's feelings. This paper is intended to study to build streaming media player VLC software platform based on.
