摘要：本文结合4S店汽车销售及服务管理系统的现状、技术水平及汽车销售及服务管理的实际情况，并在此基础上分析和设计汽车销售及服务管理系统的具体功能及模块。对于本系统来说，主要实现系统能建立车辆信息存储档案，提供车辆出入情况，管理车辆库存信息，管理员工信息，管理客户信息及售后的功能化模块设计，设计系统界面友好、操作方便，设计人性化。28739
本文的主要内容是通过采用基于.NET框架结构的Visual Studio 2013平台作为前台环境和具有高安全性和可用性的Sql 2012数据库作为后台环境，设计实现以汽车整车销售、配件供销、售后服务和信息反馈为主的汽车4S店信息管理系统。通过在VS2013中设计完成的客户端中操作在后台数据库中更新相应数据来实现对汽车4S店信息管理。本课题的难点在于数据库的设计（表结构和各种触发器）和VS界面的设计及实现。
