With the rapid development of intelligent mobile phone operating system now, various applications have landed in the client. On the one hand, because the open-source of Android system, attracting a large number of manufacturers and developers. The Android operating system apply with Linux kernel, based on the Java language, developers can modify the Android SDK package, Android has the Self-contained and perfect development environment which also provides Android application developers a convenient. These advantages complement each other,contributing to the future boom of the Android in the world.
This paper discusses the technical requirements of mobile phone software development on the Android platform , as well as the theoretical foundation.It develops an application which has access to the system information of the equipment based on Android system.In some way ,it provide users with the system information query services .
