人们对资源需求方面排名比较靠前的当属于人民群众基本的衣食住行。如果要给衣食住行排个名的话，住房应该是人民需求最大的资源。在互联网还没有出现的年代里，人们到底得怎么样快速地获取到这些信息？那时候对的出租人或卖房人一般都会通过各种媒体机构，自己也会投入人力物力进行宣传。当今时代，互联网不断地发展已经使这些信息资源传播过程加快。
此系统是采用使用jsp和java技术开发出的一个二手房信息系统，采用eclipse工具进行开发。使用Mysql数据库作为后台数据库。使用tomcat作为服务器，使用windows系统作为开发环境系统。
