摘要：本毕业设计的内容是设计并且实现一个基于web技术的简单的小区物业管理系统，我先寻找资料调查研究，对项目的可行性进行分析，确定该项目是可行的，再进行需求分析，确定数据库，设计系统代码，然后运行代码并且修改完善代码，最后撰写毕业设计报告。39908
本项目主要使用了Struts2+Spring+Hibernate等多种框架，以Myeclipse作为开发工具，使用JAVA语言开发，利用MySQL设计数据库，用JSP动态页面开发技术来制作页面。该系统界面简洁，操作方便，易于文护。本项目从管理员和普通用户两个角度来设计，实现了小区物业管理的基本功能，包括居民信息的管理、居民房产的管理、居民物业费的管理、投诉管理、文修管理和修改密码，管理员还能对居民的帐号进行管理。系统能够对各类信息进行查询、修改、删除、添加等功能，实现信息化管理，提高小区管理效率。

Design and Implementation of Residential Property Management System
Abstract: The content of this graduation design is to design and implement a simple residential property management system based on Web technology, I first look for investigation and study, conduct a feasibility analysis of the project, make sure the project is feasible, then carries on the demand analysis, determine the database, design system code, and then run the code, and to revise and improve the code, finally writing graduation design report.
This project mainly used the Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate framework, with MyEclipse as a development tool, using java language development, using MySQL database design, dynamic pages with JSP technology development to make the pages. The system interface is simple,easy to operate, easy to maintain. The system from two angles of administrators and owners to design, realize the basic function of residential property management, including resident information management, residential property management, residential property charges management, complaint management, maintenance management and change the password, administrators can manage on account of residents. System capable of all kinds of information of query, modify, delete, add, to realize the information management, improve the efficiency of management of the district.
