This paper introduces the Fudan University Children's Hospital volunteer activities, proposed the construction of the target system, using structured analysis method functional requirements, interface requirements, and system requirements lung function type were analyzed in detail. On this basis, the overall architecture of the system has made the overall physical structure and logic chart diagram of the system in detail the design, then the system is pided into functional modules, for each functional module should have the complete function of the amount definitions, followed by the database design, it gives a detailed structure of each database table and draw a flow chart and the system's main functions and modules were further design, including data operation modules, user login, user management registration, the user's personal information management, volunteer activities, publishing and management.
Finally, from the hospital information technology and the Internet to follow the pace of development, this paper proposes a hospital volunteer activities and information combined with the next step in the research work: one with other hospital information systems integration; the second is the use of mobile APP manner people machine interaction.

第一章 绪论
1.1 概述
1.1.1 复旦大学附属儿童医院志愿者活动情况
复旦大学附属儿科医院1998年启动志愿者服务活动, 16年以来已逐步形成一支充满奉献精神和并且充满爱心、稳定的、融合社会爱心人士和医务工作人员的志愿者团队。志愿者们多年来无私奉献，举办了各式各样的爱心公益活动，缓解了患者的焦虑情绪，帮助患者们适应了医院的生活，志愿者功不可没，志愿者已成为儿科医院一道亮丽的风景线和加强医患沟通、改善医患关系的重要桥梁。
2012儿童医院获得“上海优秀志愿者”，“上海卫生系统职业道德基地”，“上海志愿服务先进集体”称号;在2013年获得了上海儿童医院，卫生系统首个“上海社会工作示范单位”称号。尤其是医院的康复，“我们的橘子树”志愿者团队，自成立以来，坚持以每周三次的家长和孩子谁前来参观的康复服务提供指导，协调和沟通的处理工艺，以帮助家长获得正确的恢复信息，开解心中的抑郁症。志愿者们还每季度召开“橘树”公益课堂康复患者的小国，富国的儿童绘画等活动的医疗经验。父母会定期举行欣赏对方，通过育儿经验分享，让家长敞开心扉，缓解压力。由于成绩突出，“我们的橘子树” - 脑瘫儿童关爱行动得到2012--2013年度上海优秀志愿服务品牌等荣誉称号。 基于HTML5医院志愿者页面自适应设计(2):http://www.751com.cn/jisuanji/lunwen_26346.html
