摘要：随着银行金融产品的增多，银行信用卡催收管理经历了从无到有、从人工管理到系统管理、从单一的记录到多元化的发展过程。随着银行业务的复杂化，催收系统还将变得更多功能，更效率，更人性化。但无论怎么发展，它的目的一直都是为了让银行催收人员的工作更方便、更有效率，从而达到以更低的成本来将坏账的损失控制在合理范围内的目的。现代化的作业作为如今的催收业务的一个重要环节，是大大提高生产效率的有效手段之一。35112
本论文从信用卡催收的开始，状态的实时更改，内容的复杂度出发，从银行系统账单管理的规定，从程序模块化的设计，以及数据库文护的功能和先进的系统开发方案等。从以最小的开发成本达到最佳的经济收益，从系统的经济性，技术性，资源性，管理性上提出可行性，以减少人工管理缺失、坏账的损失为目标。从而大大提高信用卡的催收管理效率。运用主流的cobol语言，SOA框架，在现有的银行大型机系统上提出了一个套可行性及完善的方案，对此方案进行评估，以及催收效率的分析。
