摘要： 随着计算机水平的提高和网络技术的不断拓展，电子商务平台售后管理子系统出现了很多问题，如时效性、数据的正确性及操作的方便性，已引起了许多用户的不满。因此，我决定利用自己的力量设计一个电子商务平台售后管理子系统，让买家和卖家间的各种信息更加准确无误、及时地传递，也让用户更加方便的管理商品的售后信息。
本电子商务平台售后管理子系统是实现对商品售后的各种信息的综合管理。此论文则主要是让我们更加了解此售后管理子系统的设计与开发过程，并全面的介绍了系统中的程序设计、操作流程、功能实现等详细内容。该管理信息系统通过Oracle 11G建立后台的数据库，利用eclipse开发工具，以SSH三大框架为基础，运用JAVA以及JSP语言实现了电子商务平台售后管理所需要的各项基本功能。36982

Service management subsystem design and implementation of e-commerce platform
Abstract: With the improvement of computer and network technology development, e-commerce platform service management subsystem appeared many problems, such as timeliness, data accuracy and convenience of operation, has caused a lot of users.So I decided to use their own strength to design a e-commerce platform service management subsystem, between buyers and sellers of all kinds of information is more accurate and timely delivery, also let users more convenient management of goods after information.
This e-commerce platform service management subsystem is to realize the integrated management of various information for goods after-sales.This paper mainly is to let us know more about this service management subsystem design and development process, and fully introduces the application of system design, operation flow, function implementation details.The management information system through the establishment of the background Oracle 11 g database, use the eclipse development tools, based on the SSH three framework, using JAVA and JSP language implements e-commerce platform after-sales management need all the basic functions.
