摘要：社团管理系统是一个面向小型团体，方便学生社团进行工作管理的平台，个人主页和人事管理是系统的重要组成模块。本系统主要以JSP为主要的实现手段并配合Struts2、JavaBean、JavaScript等主流技术，搭配MySQL数据库所架构的一个B/S模式的协同管理系统。在这个系统中，本人负责人事管理和个人主页部分，主要可以实现人员的添加、删除、修改、查询以及针对个人提供的个性化功能。通过本系统，社团管理人员可以方便地进行人员的增删改查，职务的调动；普通用户也可以及时得到与个人相关信息的反馈。 39567

Community Management System
——Implementation of personal homepage and personnel management
Abstract: Community Management System is a platform that is used for small groups and facilitates users work and manages their community. Personal homepage and personnel management are two important parts of the system. The main technique of achieving this system is JSP. It also uses other technologies such as Strust2, JavaBean and JavaScript. This is a system of B / S model using MySQL database. The system can provide a lot of functions such as adding users, looking over users, changing the users’ profiles and deleting users. It can also provide personalization features for inpiduals. By the system, managers can convenient to add, delete, modify and search the users. At the same time they can adjust positions. All users can timely access to feedbacks associated with them.
