摘要随着网络技术的发展，网上购物、网上商城以及网上金融已经渗入到生活的每个方面。带给人们生活上便利的同时，也为传统商业带来了新的商机。传统的二手车实体店需要较大场地，占用资金规模较大而影响力又有一定的本地局限性。相比而言，网上二手车店占用资金规模较小，无需场地的优势，而且信息能够快速被客户获取。因此，网上二手车店为传统二手车店的发展带来了新的契机。许多传统二手车店纷纷开发建立自己的网上销售网站（网上二手车店）。43694

本系统设计了一个在互联网上运行的二手车交易平台，提供了采购和交换的操作，并且具有买卖双方在线交流的功能，用户既可以在平台上进行购买也可以再平台上进行出售，是一个类似淘宝的C2C交易平台。同时又具备了后台管理员服务，用户可以在首页留言板块进行投诉或者建议来提高网站服务品质。并且在订单信息中可以查看并且撤销功能。

本系统采用.NET开发平台进行开发，开发工具采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008集成开发环境，后台编程语言采用C#编程语言来进行编程开发，数据库我们采用当下流行的SQL Server 2008数据库管理系统来存放平台中的数据信息，整个系统采用B/S架构进行开发，这样能把平台架构到一个服务上面给互联网上的用户提供完整的服务。

This system is a running on the Internet in Beijing second-hand car trading platform, providing a procurement and exchange trading platform, users can buy can also be the platform for sale on the platform, is a similar Taobao C2C trading platform.

The system uses. Net platform development, development tools using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 integrated development environment, programming language of the background by C# programming language for programming, database we used current popular SQL Server 2008 database management system to store data information platform, the whole system using B / S architecture development. Only in this way can the platform architecture to a service to provide the complete services to users on the Internet.
