摘要:本文研究了医学图像归档与传输系统(PACS)中广泛使用的DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine)标准,并在此基础上介绍了基于DICOM标准的医学影像处理工具的设计和实现。论文主要分为两部分:第一部分对DICOM标准的实际应用进行研究,简单的描述了DICOM标准的总体结构及文件的格式;第二部分详细介绍了在HTML5上医用DICOM影像浏览的设计与实现。目前,该医学影像处理工具已经作为DICOM接口平台,集成在了功能类似于PACS系统的数字医学影像工作站中。该工具功能全面、处理速度快、操作简单,可以大大提高医生处理和诊断医学影像的效率,目前用HTML5技术实现后,可以更为方便,适合于各种平台,如android,ipad。医生可以用这些手持设备,到病人病床旁边查看各种影像资料。6871

Abstract
This thesis begins with a profound analysis of the DICOM (Digital Imaging and
Communication in Medicine) standard which is applied widely in Medical Picture
Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and then introduces the design and
implementation of medical image processing tool based on DICOM standard. There are mainly two parts in this thesis: In the first part, practical application of DICOM standard is investigated, the main architecture of the DICOM standard and the DICOM file format is described in detail, with the method for parsing and construction of DICOM files and formation conversion with other files given at last; In the second part, implementation of medical image processing software is introduced particularly. The methods to dispose the wink of the image, to gain a high speed to show image, to display the splice of image process are expounded and all kinds of observation and adjust operations on images are realized.
Now, this medical image processing tool has been integrated as a DICOM interface platform into the workstation of digital medical image, whose function resemble a PACS. With powerful function, high processing speed, handle flexible, this tool could obviously improve the efficiency for doctors to diagnose and treat medical images.
