摘要：随着internet的迅速发展，网络已经成为人们快速获取信息的重要渠道，在人们的生活中发挥着不和或缺的重要作用。网站的建设已经成为政府、企业信息化建设甚至个人计算机网络应用的重要组成部分，倍受人们关注。计算机网络招聘以其方便快捷等优点，深受广大企业和求职者的喜爱。求职应聘网站作为专门针对学生及求职者们而设计的网站，提高求职效率，提供更多就业机会。本课题的目标是实现功能齐全，流程完整的求职应聘网站，可以在全国范围内为广大学生和求职者构建一个求职应聘网站，网站的设计与实现以企业招聘为基础，课题运用统一数据交换标准、适时的数据更新、分工协作的信息收集发布机制，形成完整的求职应聘网站, 在全国范围内为广大学生和各类企业提供求职和招聘的信息化平台。课题运用SQL Server，ASP.NET，B/S架构等技术，遵循快捷方便的招聘理念，对招聘网站的功能性需求进行可行性分析，操作分析，概要设计，详细设计等，得出可行化的方案。通过编码，运行，测试等设计出具有用户登录功能，企业信息管理功能和职位信息管理等功能的求职应聘网站。实验和测试结果表明，课题所实现的求职招聘网站，运行效果良好，与预期设计目标一致。47047
