摘要： 我国是人口大国，劳动力资源丰富，因而对于劳动力资源的管理就是一项巨大工程。如今随着网络技术的普及和发展，利用计算机来管理劳动力资源是一个很好地选择。本课题的提出，主要是为了实现基于Web的劳动力交易平台，解决劳动力资源的管理问题。本系统是基于ASP.NET开发平台，运用SQL Server数据库开发完成的。本论文主要讲述了本系统从定下课题到最终课题完成之间所做的所有工作内容。其中包括课题初期的课题需求性分析，可行性分析，系统的主要设计方针，业务逻辑的实施，数据在系统中的流向等内容。课题在设计上采用MVC设计典范，轻松地把业务整合到系统之中，减少了代码编写的工作量，也免去C/S设计方式需要编写客户端程序的麻烦。48297

Design and Implementation of Labor Exchange Platform Based on Web
Abstract: Our country is populous, abundant labor resources, and thus for labor resource management is a huge project. Nowadays with the popularization and development of network technology, using computer to manage the labor resources is a good choice. This topic is put forward, mainly in order to realize the labor exchange platform based on Web, solve the management problems of labor resources. This system is based on ASP.NET platform, using SQL Server database development. This paper mainly tells the story of this system from complete set subject to the final subject between did all the work content. Subjects including initial demand analysis of the topic, feasibility analysis, system main design guidelines, the implementation of the business logic, data flow in the system, etc. Topics in the design USES the MVC design model and easily integrate business into the system, reduce the workload of the code, or C/S design mode need to write the client program.
