摘要： 21世纪，高新技术的超速发展和全球化竞争使得计算机的使用越来越广泛，之前只存在于科研领域的计算机已经开始普及化，开始进入寻常百姓家庭。计算机的广泛推广已经使得我们的工作效率有了显著的提高，然而计算机虽然已经普及，但是对于计算机的配置技术却并没有像其应用一样得到广泛的普及，很多的用户在购机的时候只是依靠导购的解说，因此在计算机的选购上存在着很大的问题，对于不懂的如何配置自己需要的计算的用户来说，在这里花费了很多不必要的金钱。微机硬件组装系统在这个计算机高速普及的时代越来越体现出它的使用价值和地位。
本文基于VB.NET的智能配机系统的实例进行了研究。首先阐述了微机硬件组装系统的重要地位、基本思想、发展趋势、新时期的一些主要特点等理论知识，分析建立了基于VB.NET的微机硬件组装系统的必要性和可行性，然后对微机硬件组装系统进行了需求分析和系统设计，探讨了微机硬件组装系统的开发方法和实现技术。
