摘要互联网上购物现在已经成为常态，网上购物非常的便利，而且物美价廉，那么试着将网上购物与买房结合起来的话，或许会对房地产企业的销售量带来很大的提升。基于此，有必要编写一个Web应用程序来实现网上预订与购买房屋的功能，以此来帮助房地产商提高销售量。本文介绍了依托Java平台和MySQL数据库这两种技术的房地产开发与销售信息管理系统的设计与实现。本系统实现两个模块：第一个是前台的浏览模块，包括房屋信息浏览、筛选搜索、房屋预订；第二个是后台的信息管理模块，包括房屋信息的添加，修改，删除、管理员的信息管理、数据可视化图表。
本系统的目的是增加房地产商的销售量，提升消费者看房，购房的体验。让消费者能够足不出户就能先了解房屋的基本信息，让消费者不用再东奔西跑的看房子。引领购房方式的革新趋势。68959

The Design and Implementation of the Real Estate development and Management System
Abstract
Internet shopping has become the norm now, online shopping is very convenient and cheap, try the online shopping and buy a house together may bring the sales of real estate enterprises greatly improved. Based on this, it is necessary to write a Web application to achieve online booking and purchase of housing functions, in order to help the real estate business to improve sales. This paper introduces the design and implementation of the real estate development and sales information management system based on two kinds of technology, Java platform and MySQL database. This System implemented Two modules: the first is the frontend browsing module to realize the system, including housing information browsing, screening search and booking housing; the second is the backend information management module, including add modify and delete housing information, administrator of information management and data visualization charts.
The purpose of this system is to increase sales of real estate business, enhance consumer’s search and purchase experience. Let consumption to homes will be able to understand the housing basic information, let consumers do not have to run around to see the house. leading the reform trend of housing purchase.
