摘要随着信息科学技术的进步，传统的房地产行业已经达不到信息化技术的要求，因此需要开发先进的房产销售管理系统，从而对房地产的产业信息进行有效的管理，从而提高业务水平。
本文研究的主要内容是房产销售系统的设计与实现，首先介绍了课题研究的背景意义和开发目标，介绍了相关技术以及系统开发环境的配置。选定JSP作为开发语言进行应用软件开发，详细介绍了Tomcat、MyEclipse等开发环境配置过程。并通过查阅相关资料进行可行性分析和需求分析，并根据系统的需求分析和功能模块设计的内容,把系统分成五个部分进行实现：销售人员管理、房源信息管理、楼房销售管理、预订信息管理和售后管理。最终达到房产销售的信息化管理，从而提高整体产业的信息管理水平，促进产业的发展。68960
The Design and Implementation of Real Estate Sales Management System
Abstract
With the progress of information science and technology, the traditional real estate industry has not reached the requirements of information technology. Therefore, it is necessary advanced real estate sales management system development, to the effective management of the real estate industry information, so as to improve the service level.
The main content of this paper is the design and implementation of the real estate sales system. Firstly, this paper introduces the background significance and development objectives of the project, introduces the related technology and the configuration of the system development environment. Selected JSP as the development language to carry on the application software development, introduced in detail the MyEclipse, Tomcat and so on the development environment disposition process. And through access to relevant information for feasibility analysis and demand analysis, and according to the system demand analysis and the function module design, the system is pided into five parts for implementation: sales management, housing information management, building sales management, booking information management and service management. Ultimately to achieve the information management of real estate sales, thus improving the overall level of information management industry, and promote the development of the industry.
