摘要小区物业管理系统不同于传统的人工社区管理模式，它是一个专门对社区进行有序管理的现代化系统，它可以提高物业管理人员的工作效率，让居民享受到更细致、更个性化的服务，提高居民的生活质量，从而推动小区和谐、有序、健康、快速地发展。69137

小区物业管理系统是一个极具人性化且具有很高使用价值的管理系统，它将小区的硬件设施与计算机中的软件技术相结合，促使小区的物业管理变得越来越规范化和现代化。系统的主要功能包括：业户资料查询、小区概况简介、报修状况、收费情况查询、公告发布模块、实时新闻更新、业户留言板等功能。

小区物业管理系统的前台是用 JSP 语言编写的，后台所采用的数据库管理系统是我们常用的 MySql 数据库，并将 MyEclipse 作为系统的开发环境。本系统使用 tomcat 服务器，并采用 B/S 结构，是一个基于 Web 技术的应用系统。
