摘要:环锤式破碎机通过高速转动的锤体与物料碰撞粉碎物料,其具有构造简单,粉碎比大,生产效能高等特性,可作干、湿两种方式破碎,环锤式破碎机应用于矿山、水泥、煤炭、冶金、建设等部门对于中等硬度与脆性物料进行细碎。环锤式破碎机能够依据客户要求改变蓖条间隙,调整出料粒度,以满足不同客户的各种要求。本文在传统环锤式破碎机的箱体基础上设计了一个更好的环锤式破碎机箱体结构,重点介绍了环锤式破碎机箱体的结构,并经过了对关键部位零部件的强度校核的计算改进了环锤式破碎机的整体构造,并分析了破碎机的优劣势与它的使用范畴,然后对环锤式破碎机的构造进行改良设计,因而能够减减短整个产品的研发周期,提升本产品的可靠性,最后对整个环锤式破碎机的操作、安装以及文护与使用进行了具体的说明。19774
