摘要旋挖钻机是一种取土打孔作业的施工机械,在城市高层建筑、公路、桥梁、高速铁路等的桩基工程中广泛使用。经过几十年的研发改进,目前功能日益完善。越来越多的大型、高型建筑的出现,传统的施工方式和施工机械不能够满足当今钻孔施工的条件和要求。于是,旋挖钻机这种高效、低成本、污染少的钻孔施工作业机械得到了广泛的应用,发展前景可观。
如今,与国外旋挖钻机相比,我国自主研发的旋挖钻机还有很大差距。钻杆牙嵌啮合状态检测系统也是其中一项。我国现在还没有比较好的解决方案。所以,设计出一套合理的检测系统有重要的意义。26831
本设计主要通过分析传感器接收到的信号,以此来进行判断钻杆牙嵌的啮合情况,使用单片机实现对啮合状态的检测和控制。
