摘要锥底盒形件是非旋转体曲面形状形件,属于非直壁类形件,在液压胀形时悬空侧壁易失稳起皱,形件周围各处容易变形不均匀。通过液压胀形有限元分析,对形件进行模拟成形研究,寻找合适的参数,优化表面成形质量,控制以上问题的产生。26960
本文对锥底盒形件液压胀形的成形规律进行了分析,研究了盒形件成形时容易出现的问题。在探讨该成形时,首先对形件模具进行PROE建模,然后通过Dynaform软件对液压胀形成形过程进行有限元分析,分别讨论了不同模具参数、摩擦系数、补料量、液压力大小和类型对液压胀形过程的影响,最后通过正交试验获取最优方案。文章在研究过程中对液压胀形过程中出现的问题提出了有效的解决措施,并讨论了该课题的现实意义和发展前景。

Title Hydroforming finite element analysis and technical study of Cone-bottom box
Abstract
Cone-bottom box is non-rotating curved-surface box,belongs to non straight-wall shaped-parts.When it is hydroformed,the sidewall is easy to wrinkle,and everywhere around the box is easy to be deformed nonuniformly.By hydroforming finite element analysis, simulative forming for the box was carried,,and appropriate parameters was seeked for, surface forming quality was optimized,the generation of the problems above was controled.
Deforming law of the cone-bottom box was analyzed and the problems easily exposed at the time of deforming was studied.When the deforming was being discussed,firstly,the box mould was modeled by PRO/E;next its hydroforming process was finite element analysed by Dynaform,the influence to the hydroforming process by different mould parameters, different friction factors, feeds and the type and amount of hydraulic pressure was discussed;finally,in the study,the most optimal option was obtained by orthogonal test.the effective solution on hydroforming process was proposed,and the realistic meaning and foreground of this task were discussed in the papers.
