煤炭分级转化利用多联产系统是一种新颖的煤基多联产系统。煤首先经热解生成热解气和半焦,热解气再经冷却分离出液态焦油和气态热解气。焦油直接作为高价值产品输出,热解气可用于甲醇合成,剩余的半焦直接进入循环流化床燃烧炉燃烧生成蒸汽用于燃气蒸汽联合循环发电。在煤炭分级转化利用多联产系统中,最重要的单元是双流化床单元和气体净化单元。本文借助 Aspen Plus 软件对煤炭分级转化多联产利用系统的主要单元进行了模拟。煤种选用榆林烟煤,给煤量为 227t/h。模拟结果得出了双流化床单元产生的合成气的主要成分、气体净化单元净化后的合成气的主要成分以及主要设备的投资金额。 27089

Aspen Plus is utilized in this paper to simulate the main
unit in a coal staged conversion utilization polygeneration system.Yu
lin bituminous coal is chosen in this simulation and the coal feed
amount is 227t/h. The investment of the main equipments and main c
omponents of the synthesis gas generated in double fluidized bed un
it and gas purification unit are obtained from the simulation results.
