摘要 非接触电能传输(CET)是一种新式的电能传输手段,近年来受到越来越多的注意。同传统的利用线缆进行电能传输的方式相较,由于电能的传输过程无需金属导线,规避了用电设备与电源的直接电气连接,使得CET在安全性、可靠性、使用寿命以及文护成本等方面具有很大的优势。 在需要给旋转部件供电的应用中,通常采用带气隙隔离的可分离变压器。本文结合非接触电能传输和 DC/DC 变换两种技术,制作了一个替代线缆和导电滑环的非接触气隙隔离 DC/DC 变换器。变换器采用了反激式拓扑结构,变压器使用罐形磁芯,得到了一个传输数瓦功率的气隙隔离 DC/DC 变换器。文中对变压器和电路的设计均有涉及,最终制作了一个原型机,并对其进行了测试。 27343

Compare with traditional transfer ways, CET doesn't need wires and plugs, which avoids direct touch between electrical equipments and the power source, hence it has advantages in safety, reliability, service life, maintenance costs and so on. In many applications electricity has to be transferred to rotating parts. Usually a detachable transformer with air gap isolation is used. This paper discusses a rotating power transfer system by means of contactless energy transfer and the DC/DC converter. A rotating transformer is made as a replacement for wires and slip rings. A flyback topology with an output DC/DC converter has been chosen. A pot core geometry is used for the rotating transformer. And a rotating contactless power transfer system achieving several Watts is presented. Both transformer and electronics designs are presented. A proof-of-concept prototype has been build and tested to verify the feasibility of contactless power transmission.
