摘要本文对手持机械式持续发电装置的设计制定出了总体设计方案。并且,针对其中的机械传动部分进行了详细的分析计算,针对储能电路部分,也进行了电路设计。本文设计的手持机械式持续发电装置主要由动力装置、传动装置、发电装置以及储能装置四大部分组成。
文中设计的手持机械式持续发电装置,可以将弹簧的弹性势能转换为机械能,通过齿轮系使得机械能平稳传递,再通过发电机将机械能转换为电能,最后利用储能电路,将电能储存起来。为了达到手持发电,且持续发电,文中对于手持机械式持续发电装置的体积以及传递效率都进行了计算,通过多种类似机构性能优劣对比,最终选用平面涡卷弹簧作为动力装置;圆柱齿轮传动配合涡轮蜗杆传动作为传动装置;永磁微型直流发电机作为发电装置;电感元件作为储能装置。在设计完成之后,对整个系统进行了ADMAS仿真,测试其传动比,并对各种装置的机械结构做出调试,确保整个系统的工作正常,手持机械式持续发电装置最终可以满足设计要求。28478

Title  Handheld Mechanical Continuous Power Generation Device   ——Design, Analysis and Simulation of Generation Device                                               
Abstract
In this paper, the overall design scheme of handheld mechanical continuous power generation device is worked out. And, a detailed analysis and calculation for the mechanical transmission part has been done. What’s more, the circuit, which is going to storage energy, has been designed, too. Handheld mechanical continuous power generation device designed primarily consists of four major components, power plants, transmission, power generation equipment and energy storage device.
Handheld mechanical continuous power generation device designed in this paper, can change the resilient spring potential energy into mechanical energy, through a gear train so that the mechanical energy smoothly passed, through the generator converts mechanical energy turns into electrical energy. Finally, through the  circuit to store the energy. To achieve sustained and can be handheld, the size and the transfer efficiency of handheld mechanical continuous power generation device are calculated, after analyze different performances’ advantages disadvantages of similar structure, finally select a flat spiral spring as the power plant; differential planetary gear train as gearing; miniature DC permanent magnet generator as a power generation unit; inductance element as a storage device. After the design, the entire system was simulated by ADMAS to test the transmission ratio, and debug the various mechanical structure to ensure the entire system can work normally, handheld mechanical continuous power generation device eventually can meet the design requirements.
