摘要文章首先对我国汽车产业现状、汽车普及情况及洗车行业现状进行了简述,并对现有的多种洗车方式进行分类和分析,提出自助洗车成为越来越多车主的选择。再对市场上现有的两种自助洗车设备即手动洗车器和电动洗车器进行比较,分析两种洗车方式各自的优缺点,提出了手动洗车器水压不足,电动洗车器可能会伤害汽车蓄电池的观点。基于以上认识,本文在现有车载手动便携式洗车器的工作原理的基础上,提出了一种出水压力恒定、具有一定节水效果的手动洗车器,并对相应结构进行了设计,进行计算校核,绘制出该产品装配图,验证了前述方案的可行性。
本课题旨在推广自助洗车理念,通过倡导一种便捷、舒适、高效、节水的洗车方式,为广大车主面临的洗车问题提供一个有效的解决途径,希望可以引起人们对洗车产品设计的关注,提高节水意识,加大对洗车新技术的研发力度。31881

Title         Manually Portable Car-washing device       
Abstract
Firstly, the current situation, automotive situation car wash industry status and popularity of the automobile industry was brief, and classification and analysis of a variety of existing car wash, put forward more and more self-service car wash has become the choice of the owner. Then on the market two existing self-service car wash equipment that is manual and electric car wash car wash were compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of two car wash, manual car wash is proposed insufficient water pressure, power washing device may hurt the car battery point of view. Based on the above understanding, on the basis of existing manual car portable washing device works on the proposed water pressure constant, manual car wash has a water-saving effect, and the corresponding structures have been designed to calculate check and draw a diagram of the product assembly, verify the feasibility of the aforementioned programs.
This paper aims to promote the concept of self-service car wash, by advocating a convenient, comfortable, efficient and water-saving car wash for washing problem faced by the majority of owners to provide an effective solution, hoping to draw attention to the car wash product design concern, raise awareness of water conservation, increase research and development of new technologies washing.
