摘要:本文所设计的是玻纤树脂混合料成型机,其设计要求为:成型材料:密度为1.5kg/dm3的玻纤树脂混合料。成型速度:2t/h。成型后材料的状态:长度l=400-500mm,截面为圆形,半径为50mm。在本设计中,第一部分为材料的成型部分,采用辊轧成型结构,两轧辊之间通过齿轮传动,轧辊倾斜45°,便于给料;第二部分为材料的输送部分,采用通用带式输送机,其中过渡滚筒采用槽型结构,传动滚筒和改向滚筒都采用辐板式结构,拉紧装置为重锤拉紧装置;第三部分为切割部分,采用平行四边形结构,刀具运动过程分为切割过程和回程,切割时采用低转速,转速为0.95rad/s,回程采用高转速,转速为1.64rad/s。用AutoCAD完成装配图以及零件图的绘制。随着玻纤树脂混合料不断普及,进一步研发和改进成型机对玻纤树脂混合料的生产来说具有很大意义。33085

The design of the mixing molding machine for the glass fiber resin
Abstract: This paper is designed in the glass fiber resin mixture molding machine, its design requirements for: molding material: density of 1.5kg/dm3 glass fiber resin mixture. Molding speed: 2t/h. The state of the material after molding: length 50mm, the cross section is circle, the radius is l=400-500mm. In the design, first part for materials forming part, the roll forming structure, between the two rolls through the transmission gear roll tilt 45 degrees, easy to feed; the second part as part of material transport, using common belt conveyor, which transition roller by groove structure, driving drum and drum to the spoke plate structure, tension device for heavy hammer tensioning device; the third part for cutting part, the parallelogram structure, tool motion process pided into cutting process and return, by cutting low speed, and the speed is 0.95rad/s, return with high speed, the speed of 1.64rad/s. Complete the assembly drawing with AutoCAD and drawing the part drawing.. With the continuous popularization of glass fiber resin mixture, further research and development and
improvement of molding machine for the production of glass fiber resin mixture is of great significance.
