摘要目前,在空调冷冻设备行业内用满液式蒸发器替代干式蒸发器正成为一种趋势。满液式蒸发器能让离心机或螺杆机能效最大化，其管外为制冷剂，管内通水，制冷剂在管外蒸发，液态制冷剂与载冷剂通过管壁的换热效率比干式蒸发器高得多。满液式蒸发器能够显著提高换热系数，但其设计制造上存在许多难点和运行上的安全问题。。本文归纳了满液式蒸发器的一般设计要点，设计了一套制冷量1000kw的满液机组，完成了满液式蒸发器的系统设计和结构设计。33151

Title  Design of a flooded evaporatot and Match of refrigeration unit                
Abstract
At present,it is becoming a trend in the Air-condition chiller manufacturing industry that the flooded evaporator takes place of the dry-type evaporator.The flooded evaporator usually match with centrifuge or screw compressor,refrigerant evaporates outside the tube while water flows inside the tube.Its heat transfer efficiency between liquids is much higher than the dry-type evaporator,but there are many difficulties in manufacturing and operating safely.This paper summarizes key points in designing the flooded evaporator, also designs a system of 1000kw and completes the strcture design.
