摘要一般的测试系统通常都是由四个部分组成,它们分别是传感器、信号调理器、数据采集与分析系统、计算机。测试过程中,数据采集器先通过传感器将要测量的信号采集进信号调理器,作为测试系统至为关键的一环,信号调理器对采集进来的信号进行调理,采集到的信号一般都比较微弱,这时就需要将信号进行放大、隔离、滤波等处理,使信号达到需要的精度再输出给计算机进行进一步的分析处理。
结构比较简单、功能相对单一是传统的信号调理器的主要缺点,它们能调理的传感器信号是特定的,这很不利于工程测试,比较典型的例子就是如果调理器是用于热电阻传感器的,此时它就不能用来测热电偶信号。当在靶场进行导弹性能测试时,就有若干信号需要进行监测,例如发射时的压力、推力、加速度等等。
正是基于工程测试的实际需要,本文设计了一种十751通道的多功能便携式信号调理器。其中包括电源设计、增益调节、调零部分、滤波环节几个部分。该信号调理器具有精度高、易于调试等优点,具有较强的抗干扰能力,能适用于几乎所有场合。33371

Title The Design of A Portable Signal Conditioning Device
Abstract
The general testing system is usually composed of four parts,they are sensors, signal conditioning, data acquisition and analysis system and computer.In the process of testing,the data collector collect the signal into the signal modulation via the sensor firstly,as the very important part of the test system,the signal conditioning device will regulate the signal came in.however,the signals are generally faint,then we need to magnify、isolate and filtrate them.We send them to the computer for further management when they reach the precision we need.
But the traditional signal disposal device has simple structure and relatively single function,it can only condition the specific signal,such as the device used to heat resistance cannot be used for the thermocouple signal conditioning.When we launch missile in the shooting range,there are several signals we need to monitor,such as the pressure、thrust、acceleration and so on.
Based on the test of the practical need of engineering,we design a 16 channel multi-functional portable data acquisition device in this paper.It includes the power supply design、gain adjustment、zero adjusting part and filter part.It has high precision and is easy to debug,it is also strong anti-interference and apply to almost all occasions.
