摘要:本课题研究的是“塑料薄膜式穿孔机”的设计,在结构上有特别的地方。第一个特点是此穿孔机的送料方式,根据塑料薄膜具有韧性,且不易被拉断的特点,送料方式应选择“拉”的方式。若采用“推”的方式,易推送不平或起皱。此外,另一个特点是此穿孔机在整个冲料过程中都是自动抬料,自动送料,自动冲料。由穿孔机主轴带动偏心轮和凸轮转动,偏心轮一方面带动冲头完成冲料,使塑料薄膜一头拉紧。另一方面带动抬料杠杆抬料,产生塑料薄膜带动滚筒转动的效果。而凸轮带动摆杆摆动,依靠摆杆上的棘爪推动棘轮转动相应的角度,从而达到传送塑料薄膜的目的。为了满足设计要求,计算出冲裁力,确定所需电动机的功率,选取合适的电机。其后通过计算弯矩、扭矩、强度要求等,选用轴和轴承,并且计算设计凸轮、偏心轮与杠杆机构等的详细参数。

The design of Plastic film puncher
Abstract: This article is about " the plastic film puncher ". The structure is very special. The first feature is the way of this plastic film puncher’s transmission. According to the plastic film with toughness, and it is difficult to pulled off, feeding method should be selected "pull". If use of "push", it will be easy to push uneven or wrinkled. Another feature is the puncher in the entire Purge process is automatic lift material, automatic feeding, automatic red material.
