摘要:近年来,工业的发展尤为迅速,其中剪板机起到了举足轻重的作用,剪板机,作为一种工业生产中对板材进行裁剪以便后续加工的机器,剪板机的使用,让工业生产更加的便捷,剪板机借助于运动的上刀片和固定的下刀片,采用合理的刀片间隙,对允许范围内的厚度的金属施加剪切力,使板材断裂分离,剪板机按传动方式的不同,分为机械和液压传动式,本次设计采用液压剪板机作为设计对象,通过对液压剪板机的结构分析,运动学分析进行设计和计算,本次设计采用双液压缸作用,对液压缸的定位和刀架调整带动上刀架进行剪切动作,让机器能达到剪切平稳,精度较高,利用后挡板装置调节板材剪切宽度,为连续剪切提高生产效率,总体对液压剪板机进行合理的布局和各部分间的安装定位、配合,使得液压剪板机能够有效而经济的运作。本次液压剪板机采用PLC控制系统,简单的操作面板,方便的操作系统让剪板机使用起来越加的便利。35044

The Hydraulic Shearing Machine with PLC control system, simple operation panel, convenient operating system for shearing machine increasingly convenient to use.
