本文所设计的分拣系统是针对塑料瓶盖的分拣系统。本次课程设计的主要内容是设计一个能自动分拣直径小于等于30mm，高度不大于15mm，质量不大于100克的塑料瓶盖的气动系统，要求瓶盖能按特定的顺序（瓶盖口向上或瓶盖口向下）移送到指定的位置（旋盖机），对不满足要求的瓶盖能使其重新回到料筒。
