摘要: 转鼓连续过滤机属于外滤式真空过滤机过滤，具有刮刀卸料和外表面转鼓，真空连续工作的特点。广泛用于医药、食品、有机化学及处理废水和其他工业领域。过滤机与悬浮液直接接触，而不会出现腐烂，是由于采用有良好的耐腐蚀性的不锈钢制造。这种类型的过滤机结构紧凑、占地面积小，连续操作、自动运行，无级调速，方便文修，是一种性能良好，可靠和实用的过滤机。
本课题设计了转鼓连续过滤机。首先，根据相关参数，了解过滤系统是一种有效的过滤分离设备，提出自己的设计方案，设计出符合设计要求的转鼓连续过滤机，根据过滤机在一个操作周期内要连续完成过滤、洗涤、干燥、卸料等工序。为了确保这些零部件在工作状态下满足刚度和强度的需要，在初步完成设计结构的前提下，就需对过滤机支架强度和主轴强度进行校核。37187
因为转鼓连续过滤机具有工艺设备简单，运行费用低，设备购买及检修费用低，处理量大，物料适应性广等优势，可以进行大范围推广应用到工业、农业中等，为我国做出一定的发展。

This topic is designing drum continuous filter. First of all, according to the relevant parameters, understand the filter system is an effective separation equipment, and put forward their own design scheme, design meet the design requirements of rotary drum filter in a row, according to the filter in an operating cycle to finish continuous filtration, washing, drying and discharging.
