摘要 对于汽车来说,转向灯是表示汽车动态信息的最重要装置,而反光罩是经常使用的反光器,可以大大提高转向灯的光的利用率,使灯具的效率大大提高。然而反光罩塑件在注塑中经常会出现温度分布不均衡和气泡的现象。针对这一问题,本次的毕业设计选择对汽车右转向灯反光罩进行注塑模具设计。在本次设计中首先要利用Pro/E完成对塑件的三文建模,然后开始对塑件进行模流分析,接着根据模流分析显示的结果,我采用了冷却水路和排气装置解决了温度分布不均衡和气泡的不良现象。这些问题的解决有助于让我们获得较好的反光罩塑件。另外在本次模具设计中,为了塑件的顺利成型和推出,我采用了二次分型结构和两种侧抽结构,第一次分型将流道中凝料拉出,第二次分型将塑件推出。39971

The plastic injection mold design based on Pro/E of the right steering lamp reflector of a car
Abstract The turn signal was the most important device for a car,which reflected the dynamic information of a car.Reflectors were always used for turn signal ,which could greatly improve the utilization rate of turn signal light and make the efficiency of lamps and lanterns increased greatly.However,uneven temperature distribution and bubble phenomenon often appeared during the injection molding of reflectors plastic parts. In order to solve this problem,I chose the injection mold design of the right turn signal reflectors during the graduation design. During the design,the first was to complete the three-dimensional modeling of plastic parts in this design ,and then began to finish the mold flow analysis for plastic parts. Finally, according to the relevant data designing the mold,I used cooling water system and exhaust system,which solved the problem about temperature distribution imbalance and bubble phenomenon. The solution of these problems could help us get good reflectors plastic parts. In addition,in the mold design,to make the plastic parts forming and launching smoothly.I chose the structure of the secondary classification and two kind of side pumping mechanism .The first was to launch flow part,and the second was to launch the plastic part.
