摘要:在经历了第三次科技革命后,传统工业的产业结构与生产方式得到了大幅的调整与优化,但是随着时间的推移,工业领域的发展却放缓了脚步。然而伴随着美国等发达国家的“再工业化”带来的刺激,与中国为首的新兴经济体的崛起。德国提出了工业4.0概念,而后西门子NX软件作为能够帮助企业完成数字化的产品设计并提供产品生命周期管理完整解决方案的软件之一,NX扩大了自己所覆盖的领域,为各行各业提供新的功能支持。本文中介绍的不可展曲面展平就是其中之一。所谓不可展曲面,通常是指高斯曲率不全为零的曲面,复杂曲面一般都是不可展曲面。以前类似功能通常会由钣金模块或者一些相关功能来解决,文中举例说明钣金或其他方法是如何在之前处理此类问题的。而无论是在汽车,航空,甚至医疗领域,随着产品的精度与要求越来越高,对不可展曲面的精确处理就显得尤为重要,文中也会通过不同类型的模型来展示展平功能的应用领域,可以处理的模型类型和所将会得到的结果等等,从中体现数字化产品设计所带来的优势。41554

Flattening and Forming in implementation and application of product design
Abstract: After the third revolution of science and technology, the industrial structure of traditional industries and the mode of production have been a sharp adjustment and optimization. However, along with the United States and other developed countries the thrill of "reindustrialization", and the rise of China, led by the emerging economies. Then the German put forward industrial 4.0, and UG NX acts an important role in helping companies to design digital products and provide Product lifecycle management (PLM) complete solution, NX expand the coverage area f production design and provide new function support. In this article, Flattening and Forming is one of them. We usually consider the surface with zero Gaussian curvature is not complete, complex curved surface is non-developable surface. We usually solved this kind of problem by sheet metal module. And in the automotive, aerospace, medical field, even as the precision of the products, the demand of production is becoming higher and higher, to handle is non-developable surface accurately is particularly important, this paper will introduce the application field of flattening function, can handle the model type and will get the results and reflect the advantage of digital product design from it.
