离合器是汽车传动系中直接与发动机和变速箱连接的独立总成,其主要功用是切断或实现对传动系的动力传递,保证汽车平稳起步;降低振动和噪声;防止传动系零件过载等。离合器的性能极大地影响着汽车整体性能。本文通过对选定车型整车参数的分析,按传统摩擦式离合器设计方法为其设计了一款单片推式膜片弹簧离合器。首先选定了离合器的基本结构类型,然后根据经验选定其基本参数,再根据基本参数对其各零部件的具体结构尺寸进行详细的设计与校核,重点有扭转减振器的设计校核,膜片弹簧的设计校核,最后用 AutoCAD进行总装配图和各零件图的绘制。42422

Title Clutch design of mini car
Abstract Clutch is an independent assembly in automotive transmission system which isdirectly connected with the engine and gearbox, its main functions are to cut offor realize the power transmission of transmission system, ensure the car a smoothstart; to reduce vibration and noise; to prevent the transmission parts overload.The performance of clutch greatly affects the overall performance of the car.In this paper,by analyzing the parameters of the selected vehicle, a monolithicpush type diaphragm spring clutch is designed for the car according to thetraditional design methods of friction clutch. At first,the basic structure typeof the clutch is selected, then the basic parameters of the clutch is selectedon the basis of experience, next the structure and size of its all parts is designedand checked in detail. The key points are the design and check of the torsionalvibration damper and the diaphragm spring. In the end the general assembly drawingand other part drawings are drew by Auto CAD.
