摘要我本次毕业设计的题目是衣架工艺分析和注塑模设计。考虑到当今社会，没有特色的产品就意着要被淘汰。为了使产品更加具有特色，我将产品定位在单色简易儿童衣架上。我通过淘宝购买多个儿童衣架，研究儿童衣架塑料制品的特点，同时考虑到制品的使用用途，分析单色简易儿童衣架的加工工艺、精度要求等技术参数，选取合适的塑料件尺寸。我采用一模两腔、加载了CH型大水口龙记模架、选用了G54-S-200型注射机，配备了冷却系统，我采用Pro/E创建了单色简易儿童衣架的零件图，然后再进行注塑模设计、再导出到CAXA，画出单色简易儿童衣架的二维零件图和二维装配图。说明书中不光有文字、公式，还包含我在设计过程中参考的手册中一些表格的图片，使本次的模具设计更加的有理有据。46113

ABSTRACT The topic of this graduation design is the hanger technology analysis and mold design. Taking into account the current society, if the product is not a feature will be eliminated, in order to make the product more features, I put the design into a simle and uncolored children's clothes hanger. I through Taobao purchased a number of children's clothes hanger, analysis of the characteristics of children's clothes hanger, plastic products, taking into account of the use of the product, analysis and colorful children hangers of machining process, precision requirement of technical parameters and select a suitable plastic parts size. I use a two cavity mold, loading the CH flood LKM mold, the use of G54-S-200 type injection molding machine. the mold is equipped with a cooling system, I used Pro/E software created a colorful children's clothes hanger part drawing and make the injection mold design, then export to the CAXA and draw colorful children's clothes hanger of 2D part drawing and 2D assembly drawing. My instructions are not the only text, formula, I use the design process of the reference manual in some form of picture, it may make the mold design more healthfully.
