摘要在过去几十年了,机床取得了快速的发展,机床加工的精度不仅越来越高,机床加工效率也是逐年提高。机床的发展影响着制造业,制造业是国民收入的主要部分,制造业的兴衰也是一个国家工业的晴雨表。自工业革命以来,工业正在逐渐取代农业等其他行业,成为国家经济的脊梁。我国与发达国家的差距在这方面更是明显,日本,美国,法国,德国等占据了世界机床一多半,在机床消费方面也是与别的国家有较大的差距。日本机床的数控化普及的很快,数控机床所占机床的比例也比较高,数控机床不仅加工周期比较短,加工精度也比较高。我国加入世贸组织之后,面临环境也越来越复杂,竞争也越来越激烈,这就使得我在必须创新机床机械装备方面的技术。这是缩小我国与发达国家差距的唯一途径,也是我国机械装备发展的趋势。先进的机械装备能提升工艺品的品质质量和精度也会降低加工成本,所以我国制造业发展的首要问题仍旧是工艺、装备技术更加纯洁。本设计主要是对组合机床的设计以及PLC控制的设计,在设计中要通过对典型零件的加工,实现对其单缸泵泵体进行加工竖直孔的目的,同时采用先进的PLC控制方法实现对本次设计机床的电气控制。46299
