摘要随着科学技术的飞速发展,机械制造已经发展成为集材料、机械、自动控制和计算机等科学为一体的专业学科体系。本课题根据2008级《机械制造基础1》教学大纲设计及制作教学课件;《机械制造基础》课程是机械类及相关专业学生必修的一门主干课程,包括金属材料与热处理、毛坯生产、切削原理、机床与刀具、质量控制、工艺规程、机床夹具及典型零件加工工艺等知识而成的一门机械类综合性技术基础课。我先把大内容列成一个大的系统框架,各个内容模块化,制作出简单清晰让学生易于理解书本内容的课件。制作该课程的课件,此次机械制造基础的课件设计主要是模块化。多媒体教学课件使教学模块化,是一种较新且使用的教学理念。教与学两个方面都能满足需求,辅助老师讲授,使本课程更容易让学生理解。46844

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, machinery manufacturing, has developed into a set of materials, machinery, automatic control and computer science as one of the professional discipline system.According to the2008 levels of" fundamental of mechanical manufacture1" syllabus design and teaching courseware;" Mechanical manufacturing basis" course is a machinery and related professional students a compulsory courses, including metal material and heat treatment, rough production, cutting, machine tool and tool, quality control, process specification, machine tool fixture and typical machining process knowledge into a machinery integrated technical basic course.The research of the large content columns into a large system framework, each content modules, to create simple and clear to let students to understand the contents of the book.The production of the courses will be course content modules.Multimedia courseware making and teaching module, is a relatively new teaching ideas and use.Teaching and learning can meet the demand of two respects, assisted the teachers taught, making the curriculum more easy for students to understand.
